A 3 steps approach:


1/ Deeply analyse and understand changes in your customers’ expectations



When was it the last time you talked to your customers and deeply questionned yourself whether the products or services you offer are in line with their expectations, needs or desires ? Are you aware of how your customers have recently changed behaviors ? and do you understand what lies behind those changes and what are they now expecting from your company or products ?

To answer those questions, we propose a tailored process and methodology to listen and understand your customers’ voice. Whether is takes the shape of one to one interviews, online focus groups or social listening, we will put together the right methodology to answer your needs and objectives.


2/ Quickly and efficiently build specific scenario planning



Based on the insights we learned during the discovery phase, we will draw several scenarii on how your brands should evolve.

Each scenario will be taylored to your organisation, in terms of resources and budget, and the most interesting scenarii can then be tested with your target audience. Creating those scenarii will allow you and your team to “visualize” the changes that need to be made.


3/ Create and develop the right offers to address new consumers’ expectations



Once different scenarii have been developed and tested, we will work hand in hand with your team to build the right offers that will truly answer your customers expectations : defining a compelling Customer Value Proposition, detailing the right features to include in your offer and eventually re-designing the right business model to support this new offer.
